Compared to the previous 96 minute outage, this one thankfully lasted just 5-6 minutes.
Given the time-of-day and auDA’s focus on the issue, we’ll stop updating this incident now though will leave it unresolved until tomorrow morning, when we’ll check stability and close it out if/as appropriate.

After restoration at 5.22pm (Sydney), we’ve seen DNSSEC failing again since 5.43pm.
We’re monitoring the situation however it’d be wise to assume that a chunk of the Internet may be “slightly broken” for some more of this evening. auDA have confirmed that they’re working on the problem.

auDA appear to have resolved/bypassed the issue, as services are coming back online (DNSSEC passing).

The .AU ccTLD namespace is experiencing degraded service - DNSSEC has been impacted since 3.41pm Sydney time, which is breaking connections and content delivery across a wide range of services and websites.
You may not be experiencing issues depending on the configuration of your Domain Name/s.
