Problems with Sydney network (after change to routers)

Our upstream carrier identified a problem with our prefixes over peering only. It’s since been resolved.

Some clients would’ve experienced significant impacts, and others minimal, given the partial fault.

Please let us know if you’re still experiencing problems so we can investigate ASAP for you.

By the time of this update, impacted services should’ve been stable for 1-2 hours.
