We’ve completed the service-impacting elements of this maintenance, and will be finalising the remaining changes to our Backup platforms in the coming 1-2 weeks. Those changes will not require any downtime.
Please let us know if you’re experiencing any issues with connecting to your services so we can investigate, however our testing has confirmed that all services should be stable and performing well.

Due to the rise in Sydney-based COVID-19 cases, we’re expediting planned works to this weekend. This will involve upgrades to several systems, and enhancements to our networking configuration for Virtual Machines. From there, we will also be improving our Hosting and Server backups to take advantage of the improvements.
Please note that there will be short periods of down-time during this maintenance window to allow for clean upgrades without unnecessary risks to customer and corporate data. The changes have been dry-run and confirmed to be safe to proceed with, so we’re not expecting any major issues during the planned works.
