We’re upgrading our Australian open-source spam/virus filtering cluster to the latest major version. This includes an upgrade to the underlying operating system, Debian, as well from 11 up to “Bookworm” 12.

This will be done 1 cluster member/node at a time, and when successfully completed and returned to service, the following machine will be updated, and so on. Block- and memory-level snapshots are taken beforehand.
