We’ve confirmed that the impacted SHOUTcast infrastructure is back online as at 9.43am (Sydney time).
Regretfully, this outage spanned from 7.08am to 9.43am. We are liaising with the upstream related to this incident to ensure that such conditions can be managed by our Operations team as needed in the future.
In 2021, our SHOUTcast hosting will be further integrated into our network which will further improve the reliability and performance of the service. For the time being, we’re working to prevent future interruptions.
