Per the upcoming EOL for MariaDB 10.3, we’ll be upgrading all machines from 10.3.39 to 10.6.13.
This pushes out support/security coverage from mid-2023 to mid-2026, improves performance and resolves some issues with InnoDB amongst other things, and follows best practices.

Following cPanel’s recent change to only using long-term stable versions (from 10.6 onwards), we expect the next major update to be 10.11.x which pushes support to 2028.
