The problem has been resolved and our Account Manager will follow up later on.
We’re also considering our 2025-2030 plans re: control panel options for our clients. :-)

We’re aware of a problem with cPanel+WHM (only) and are working to resolve it.
(Note that no services are impacted - ie. web, database, email, FTP, and so on are all OK)
Sadly, despite being open their Customer Service team have abandoned work early.
This means we’re having to engage 3rd-line contacts to get anything moving.
We’ll update this advisory once we have further information for you.
