G’day,
Following successful testing, we’ll be performing sub-major upgrades to all production hypervisors. If assistance is required, we have smart-hands on-site 24/7/365 who can assist, as well as TNC specialists who can attend.
A single node at a time, guests will be powered off softly, then nodes updated to the new sub-major versions & rebooted, and then once testing is successful - guests will be started up gradually & returned to normal service.
